Pat is manager of the Limerick Clare Energy Agency,
based in the University of Limerick. The requirement
of an energy rating certificate for all houses and apartments,
including rented accommodation, from 1 January 2009,
raises important legal issues for all parties involved,
including the legal profession. This talk will address
some of the legal implications.
